We want you to have the best vacation ever and not stress over the small details like feeding a hungry family.  We are real people who call Steamboat home not an App, so we can take the time to get to know you and your needs. When we confirm your order, you can rest assured it will actually arrive

 

How does this work? 

Type your list, send it to us. We will confirm and ask any questions. Then hit the store on your arrival day and neatly put it all away generally before you arrive. Yup it’s that easy! Please don’t over think it!

Do not worry about searching what brands we have here vs where you live, simply type your list jwith your normal items and we’ll handle the rest. Its highly recommend to say “yes” on allow brand substitution as those do very by region but we know what you mean.

  • Groceries are not marked up, and the receipts are made available to the customer
  • No items are limited
  • SGM reserves the right to retain promotional coupons, rewards and in-store savings.
  • Delivery is always attempted before guest arrival but not guaranteed. Volume of orders, property turn over and store variables may cause delays and we guarantee delivery by 5:30 P.M (MTN time) on the requested date.
  • Deliveries typically happen 1:30pm-5pm and is solely based on a day-to-day bias of OUR schedule. We ask for your ARRIVAL time as to do our BEST to beat you to the unit

 

What does it cost?

Original receipts from groceries purchased plus 30%.  Delivery fee of $24 +tax.

 

How you’re charged EXAMPLE:

 

Grocery receipt=$150
    Service fee: $150x30%=$45

Delivery fee: $24+4.5% tax=$25.08

                              Grand total=$220.08

 

 

 

What if we are delayed to arrive?

No worries! It's our goal to have your order stocked and neatly put away before you arrive! 

 

Do I need to use the grocery order form? 

It’s helpful to us if you do but emailing your list is fine as well. Please do your best to organize your list and include same info if emailing. Please NO pictures of a store shopping cart or pictures of items. We will ask if we aren't sure what something is, but "moms" been doing this a long time.

 

It won’t let me select a delivery time and I arrive in the morning?

  • We understand many flights arrive early in the day; however, all properties have a 4pm check in time. Thus, we do not operate on letting you select a delivery time.
  • Please tell us your estimated arrival time to the property not the airport.
  • Delivery is always attempted before guest arrival but not guaranteed. Volume of orders, property turn over and store variables may cause delays and we guarantee delivery by 5:30 P.M (MTN time) on the requested date.

What day should I put for delivery?

Please put your arrival date if you would like groceries  to be there when you arrive.

If you select the day after your arrival or any day during your stay, please note your order will still not be delivered until about 1:30pm at the earliest.  We do not deliver in the mornings. Please tell us if you will have arrived already/ are here!

            But I arrive late in the night!!??- no problem we can still deliver on your first day your unit is rented by you.

 

Should I tell the hotel I booked SGM?

Please note we are facing daily changing rules at different hotels. It is advised to call your conceirge to make a note that you give us permission to enter your room (this is required if staying at "The Grand")  

 

My order hasn’t been confirmed!

Please check your "junk" folder for communications from SGM.

 I have allergies, can I still order?

Of course! SGM specializes in food allergies and shopping for them.  This mom has many special diets in her house and is a pro at finding those items for you. Just let us know your needs and we are happy to meet them.

 

Can you shop for my holiday meals? 

Don't stress your Holiday with having to shop and cook, with Steamboat Grocery Mom you have one less thing to worry about. We can even pick up Pre-made pre- ordered meals from City Market, Safeway, Papa Murphy's Pizza or Drunken Onion.

 

I'm staying at the SHERATON hotel, can I use your service?

Unfortunately, NO…..unless your room # is 710 or 602 with check in at Mountain Resorts main office: 2150 Resort Drive suite 100 . The Sheraton does not allow us up to rooms, will not accept orders on your behalf or allow us to drop them with the bellman or front desk. It has become a logistics nightmare for us thus having to make the hard decision to no longer service this property.

How you’re billed: we take your original receipt from groceries purchased plus 30%.  Delivery fee of $24 +tax. Your receipt will be email with your order so you can see actual cost of items and that we DON'T markup individual items.  The skies the limit on items. We DON'T limit you on brands like our competitors. We don't charge an extra fee for last minute orders.
