What is SGM?

Steamboat Grocery Mom is a pre-arrival Grocery Delivery STOCKING service. We work with properties to gain access to units and physically put your order neatly away in your kitchen, generally before you even arrive.  Arrive to a fully stocked kitchen and start your vacation right away!

SGM is a year around delivery service.

 *You may still use our service if you have already arrived and the date is available but delivery will still happen after 1:30pm.

When we confirm your order, you can rest assured it will actually arrive.

How does Steamboat grocery delivery work? 

Type your list, send it to us. We will confirm and ask any questions. Then hit the store on your arrival day and neatly put it all away, generally before you arrive. Yup it’s that easy! 

Do not worry about searching what brands we have here vs where you live, simply type your list jwith your normal items and we’ll handle the rest. Its highly recommend to say “yes” on allow brand substitution as those do very by region but we know what you mean.

• Groceries are not marked up, and the receipts are made available to the customer
• No items are limited
• SGM reserves the right to retain promotional coupons, rewards and in-store savings.
• Delivery is always attempted before guest arrival but not guaranteed. Volume of orders, property turn over and store variables may cause delays and we guarantee delivery by 5:30 P.M (MTN time) on the requested date.
• Deliveries typically happen 1:30pm-5pm and is solely based on a day-to-day bias of OUR schedule. We ask for your ARRIVAL time as to do our BEST to beat you to the unit

What does Steamboat grocery delivery cost?

Original receipts from groceries purchased plus 35%.  Delivery fee of $30 +tax. NO HIDDEN FEES!!

Cheapest and most reliable service in Steamboat!

How you’re charged EXAMPLE:

Grocery receipt=$350
    Service fee: $350x35%=$122.50

Delivery fee: $30+4.5% tax=$31.35

What if we are delayed to arrive?

No worries! It's our goal to have your order stocked and neatly put away before you arrive! 

Do I need to use the grocery order form? 

It’s helpful to us if you do but emailing your list is fine as well. Please do your best to organize your list and include same info if emailing. Please NO pictures of a store shopping cart or pictures of items. We will ask if we aren't sure what something is, but "moms" been doing this a long time.

It won’t let me select a delivery time and I arrive in the morning?

• We understand many flights arrive early in the day; however, all properties have a 4pm check in time. Thus, we do not operate on letting you select a delivery time.
• Please tell us your estimated arrival time to the property not the airport.

What day should I put for grocery delivery in Steamboat?

Please put your arrival date if you would like groceries  to be there when you arrive.

If you select the day after your arrival or any day during your stay, please note your order will still not be delivered until about 1:30pm at the earliest.  We do not deliver in the mornings. Please tell us if you will have arrived already/ are here!

            But I arrive late in the night!!??- no problem we can still deliver on your first day your unit is rented by you.

Should I tell the hotel I booked SGM?

Please note we are facing daily changing rules at different hotels. It is advised to call your conceirge to make a note that you give us permission to enter your room (this is required if staying at "The Grand")  

My Steamboat grocery delivery hasn’t been confirmed!

Please check your "junk" folder for communications from SGM.

Can you get wine or liquor delivered in Steamboat Springs? Yes! We can delivery it all: beer, wine, sprits, hard liquor to clients 21+ years.  We shop at Central Park Liquor for all alochol items. Check out thier selection online. All orders with any type of alochol must fill out the Liquor Release and attach ID. 

 I have allergies, can I still order groceries for delivery?

Of course! SGM specializes in food allergies and shopping for them.  This mom has many special diets in her house and is a pro at finding those items for you. Just let us know your needs and we are happy to meet them.

Can you shop for my holiday meals? 

Don't stress your Holiday with having to shop and cook, with Steamboat Grocery Mom you have one less thing to worry about. We can even pick up Pre-made pre- ordered meals from City Market, Safeway, Papa Murphy's Pizza or Drunken Onion.

Delivery to SHERATON hotel, can I use your service?

Yes BUT, The Sheraton does not allow us up to rooms, will not accept orders on your behalf or allow us to drop them with the bellman or front desk.  YOU MUST be present to receive your order at The Sheraton. Delivery will be planned for 4pm as a standard. Please text us when you have arrived. If for any reason you are delayed or missed flight and are not present at the hotel by 4pm you will not receive your order until next day after 1pm.  Our Shoppers day ends at 5pm. 

We have leftover groceries, can we return them? No, all sales are final. We will  not come to pick up items you didn't use or no longer need. Item can not be returned to the store. If you have unopened or unused items simply leave them for housekeeping staff. Only items incorrectly purphase by shopper with be exchanged.

Can I cancel my grocery delivery order? 

Orders may be cancelled with no charge if done so by 9 am Mtn time, 7 days prior to arrvail/delivery day. Cancellations after 7 days will be charge delivery fee of $30.  Orders can not be cancelled day of. 

Is there grocery delivery in Steamboat Springs, Co?
Yes, Steamboat Grocery Mom is your local  Steamboat Springs grocery delivery serivce. We deliver all over Steamboat Resort to condos, hotels, homes and more. 

 Does SGM deliver to surrounding towns like Oak Creek, Hayden, Clark?
  That depends on time of year.

Winter (Dec-April)= NO. Steamboat City Limits only 

Spring-Fall: call to check availability 1st and rate based on address. EXAMPLE: 

                    • Oak Creek =$75 delivery + 35% 

                              • Hayden & Clark= $90 delivery + 35%
