ALL ORDERS ARE DUE 3 DAYS prior to arrival. We will NOT be accepting orders for same day. It is HIGHLY recommend to reserve your date as soon as you book your lodging. We will book out over the holidays.
Locals: orders will be dropped off at your door and NOT stocked.
Hotels/Condos/Vacational rentals: orders will only be stocked to clean empty rooms prior to your arrival. If you have arrived your order will be left at your door. We can not pass orders off to hotel staff.
(If you are staying at Sheraton, you must be have checked in per thier rules and be present, thus we will auto plan delivers at Sheraton between 4pm-5pm only)
We wear masks to reduce expose and follow covid-19 guidlines.
Delivery time is soley based on our schedule each day, starting around 1pm & no later then 5pm.

All orders with any type of alcohol must attach copy of ID and
sign liquor release prior to delivery. SGM will call you for CC info if alcohol is included. All alochol will appear on your credit card from the liquor store per CO Laws.
Alcohol= beer/wine/ liquor.
SGM deliveries are gureteened to be delivered by 5pm of your arrival day. Deliveries typeically happen 1:30pm-5pm and is solely based on a day to day bais of OUR schedule AND the hotels being ready for us. ALL properties in Steamboat have a 4pm check-in time and we work with the hotels to get in before that as much as possible. We ask for your ARRIVAL time as to do our BEST to beat you to the unit. You do NOT need to be present for us to deliver, even if you have checked-in already.
Service: 30% of receipts +delivery fee
